Diamanto Marnierou
Assistant Project Manager

Diamanto Marnierou is a Sociologist, graduate of the University of Crete, and a Career Guidance Counsellor. She works at IDEA training, with primary responsibilities in counselling, career guidance, and the design and implementation of training programmes. She also contributes to the administrative and organisational management of educational and European projects.  

Within the organisation's Erasmus+ activities, she contributes to the planning and coordination of activities, participant support, and the organisation and monitoring of mobility and cooperation activities. Her professional interests focus on counselling, adult education, skills development, and professional development.
