Filio holds a degree in the field of administrative duties. She has an international VELLUM certificate in computer skills in collaboration with Cambridge University’s international examination department, European First Aid Diploma and speaks English at B1 level and German and Italian at basic user level. In addition, she possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as fluency in problem solving which she gained from her experience in customer service. She has worked for two years at EYATH SA. – Accounts Monitoring Department, in the context of training. In the area of Lifelong Learning Centers, she has been working since 2016 in the positions of “Coordinator of Training Programs – General Branch Support” & “Branch Manager”, with her experience mainly based on administrative support, planning, management and implementation of training projects and certification for unemployed and employed. She has also dealt with staff training, sales of educational programs, and with Social Media Management (Facebook – Instagram) of Lifelong Learning Centers. She is also engaged in painting and photography as an amateur.

Since February 2022, she has been working at IDEA training as an Executive for Administration and Management of Vocational Education and Training Programs.
