Foteini Tektonidou
Junior Project Manager

Foteini is an Adult Educator and a graduate of the Department of Education and Social Policy of the University of Macedonia with a degree in Continuing Education. She has a degree in English (level C2) and knows Greek Sign Language at a basic level. She is actively involved in volunteering by participating in activities that include individual and group psychoeducation to employees and unemployed people with topics: Workplace Bullying (Mobbing) , Professional Development and Career Planning, Psychometric tools for diagnosing needs per company/carrier and Active Citizenship. She is working at IDEA Training as a Junior Project Manager with duties of managing and coordinating vocational training projects and participating in project teams for national research projects.
