Quality Policy
IDEA implements a Quality Management System according to the specifications of the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
The aim of this policy is to provide quality services to all trainees, as well as to partners and associates and to the wider community, taking into account both the legal and regulatory provisions and the specific conditions governing the operation of a modern Lifelong Learning Centre.
The Quality Management System applies to all IDEA activities in the following areas:
– Design and Development of Educational Packages
– Design, Development, Management and Implementation of Continuing Vocational Education & Training and Lifelong Learning Activities
– Design and implementation of Counselling and Vocational Guidance Projects (Unemployed Employed and Self-employed).
– Socio-economic Studies and Research.
– Provision of Counselling, Promotion & Employment Support
– Online-training
IDEA has developed and implemented a Quality Management System in which processes are documented and improved, re-evaluated for effectiveness and refined to achieve continued suitability.
Management’s commitment to the effective operation of the system with the aim of continuous improvement is ensured through the following actions:
- Communicating the importance of continuous satisfaction of the requirements of the learners/beneficiaries
- The setting of objective quality targets
- The correlation of objectives with customer expectations
- Carrying out system reviews
- The review and redefinition of objectives
- Ensuring the provision of the necessary resources
The quality policy is communicated to the employees of the company through actions such as:
- Education and information
- Steady implementation of quality decisions
- Announcements in prominent places in the company’s premises, etc.
The Quality Policy is reviewed for its continued suitability as part of the Management Review.
